The process is much simple, just send your mobile phone’s IMEI number to 8484, after that a verification message will be sent to you by PTA that if the mobile device is registered or not. There is a portal given on website where you can simply enter the IMEI number of your device to check if the device is verified or you can download an Android app of DIRBS and scan your device through QR code. If you have dual Sims so you have to send the message from each number to get the phone set verified.
