Each check costs about Rs. 0.20 plus tax. Zong also lists 310 as another way to check prepaid balance.
Check Zong Balance for Free in the My Zong App
The My Zong App shows your balance, internet, SMS and call usage. Checking costs nothing.
Open the app and enter your Zong number. Then enter the OTP sent by SMS. The app needs the internet, so use Wi-Fi to avoid data charges.
How to Stop Your Zong Balance from Disappearing
When your data bundle ends, internet can continue at pay-as-you-go rates. That is why credit sometimes vanishes. Dial *4004# to turn on Zong’s Balance Save service. It stops internet use once your bundle finishes.
