How to hide your Facebook stories from certain people?

Do you want to publish content on your story in the Facebook Messenger application but are afraid to see a particular contact? Our guide will show you how to hide your story from specific contacts so they can't see the contents of your story in the Messenger app or on Facebook.

Facebook has now introduced a new feature of story controls that supports your privacy more than ever. Now you can hide stories from some people on Facebook and it is very relaxing. Because we all have relatives and friends with whom we do not want to share the story of our daily lives. So instead of picking close friends to reveal the story and limit your circle, just hide your story from special people. Make sure you have the latest version of Facebook in which some people can use the new feature of hiding Facebook stories.

To change your story privacy settings:

• Add a photo or video to share to your story.

• Next to Your Story in the bottom right, click the audience selector:

• Public

• Friends and connections

• Friends

• Custom

Select privacy as per your choice.

To hide your story from specific people:

• Open the Facebook app for iOS or Android.

• Set your story privacy to Friends and connections or Friends.

• Tap Hide Story From.

• Tap to select the people you'd like to hide your story from, then tap Save.

Here you go, you story can only be seen by those whom you have selected to see.
