Aarya Babbar is an Indian actor, writer and author of Hindi and Punjabi language films and television works. He is the son of veteran actor and politician Raj Babbar and theatrarian Nadira Babbar.

Aarya made his Bollywood debut in Ab Ke Baras (2002) and then went on to film with Jaani Dushman: Ek Anokhi Kahani, Guru, Ready, Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola and Tevar. He has also acted in the Punjabi film and TV industry.

He was also a television personality whom was seen in Bigg Boss 8 during 2014. Aarya has also written a few books such as My Fiancée, Aarya & #IFU.

Born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, on the 24th of January, 1981, Aarya Babbar hails from one of the prominent film families in India. He has siblings – actress Juhi Babbar and actor Prateik Babbar. He's married to the actress Jasmine Puri and has a daughter.
