Annabel Jane Sutherland is an Australian international cricketer. She is a right-handed batting all-rounder and right-arm medium-fast bowler. The Annabel Sutherland biography shows she was born on October 12, 2001, in East Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. She is the daughter of former Cricket Australia CEO James Sutherland and the sister of Victorian cricketer Will Sutherland.
She made her Women’s Big Bash League debut for the Melbourne Renegades during the 2017/18 season at just 15 years old. In domestic cricket, she has represented Victoria in the Women’s National Cricket League and has played for the Melbourne Stars in the Women’s Big Bash League.
Her international career began with a WT20I debut in February 2020, followed by a WODI debut in October 2020 and a Test debut in September 2021. Her global franchise leagues include The Hundred with Welsh Fire in 2022 and the Women’s Premier League in India, where she played for Gujarat Giants in 2023 before moving to Delhi Capitals.
