Dr. Fowzia/Fauzia Siddiqui is a Pakistani consultant neurologist and epilepsy specialist. She works as a lecturer in neurology at AKUH. She also runs the Neuro Care Clinic in Karachi. She leads the Aafia Movement in Pakistan to seek the repatriation of her younger sister, Dr. Aafia Siddiqui. Aafia is a Pakistani neuroscientist imprisoned in the United States since 2010.
She regularly engages Pakistani political leaders for diplomatic and legal support. She has conducted international advocacy with lawyer Clive Stafford Smith. She visited her sister in a US prison in May 2023 after nearly 20 years.
