Haroon Arshad is an American-born Hong Kong cricketer. He plays as a right-arm medium-fast bowler and right-handed batter. The Haroon Arshad biography shows that he was born on September 6th, 1999, in Brooklyn, United States.
He made his first-class debut for Hong Kong in the 2015–17 ICC Intercontinental Cup in 2017. His T20I debut came against Oman during the 2019–20 Oman Pentangular Series. He made his List A debut against Bangladesh in 2019 in the ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup.
