Jason Arday is a British sociologist. He became the youngest Black professor in the history of the University of Cambridge. He was appointed Professor of Sociology of Education there in March 2023. He was diagnosed with autism and global developmental delay at the age of three. He could not speak until he was 11 and could not read or write until he was 18.
