John Marwood Cleese is an English actor, comedian, screenwriter, producer, author, and presenter. He is a founding member of Monty Python and Video Arts and the co-creator of Fawlty Towers. He has appeared in major films such as the Harry Potter series; James Bond and Die Another Day; Shrek; and many other productions. He also co-directed the successful stage adaptation of Fawlty Towers.
