Mian Mohammad Mansha Yahya is a Pakistani. He is a business tycoon, industrialist, and philanthropist. He was born on December 1, 1947, in Chiniot, Pakistan, into a well-known Arain business family. He is the son of Mian Mohammad Yahya, the founder of Nishat Mills, which later became the foundation of his business career.
After completing a degree in business administration from London, he joined the family business in 1969 following his father’s death. He gradually expanded Nishat Mills and built it into the Nishat Group. It is now Pakistan’s largest business conglomerate that includes more than 20 companies.
Mansha is known as Pakistan’s richest individual and one of the country’s highest taxpayers. He was ranked 937th on the Forbes global rich list in 2010 and has also served as a member of the Atlantic Council’s board of directors.
