Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi, born on October 28, 1978, is a prominent figure in Pakistani media and cricket administration. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and is the owner of City Media Group. Mohsin Raza Naqvi previously held the position of caretaker Chief Minister of Punjab from January 2023 to February 2024.

Appointed by Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar as a member of the PCB governing board in January 2024, Naqvi assumed the role of Chairman of PCB on February 6, 2024. As for Mohsin Raza Naqv education, he graduated from Government College University (GCU) Lahore. He pursued further studies in media sciences in the United States, where he worked as a producer for CNN.

Returning to Pakistan, Naqvi founded City Media Group in 2009, launching C42, later rebranded as City 42, as its first television channel. He currently oversees six TV channels and a newspaper, including 24 News Channel, Rohi Channel, and C41 for Faisalabad city. Additionally, he initiated Channel 21 in Karachi and C44 Urdu News Channel in the UK.
