She was born on November 18, 1987, in Greensboro, North Carolina. Radford attended Harvard University, graduating with a degree in Social Studies and Foreign Language Citations in French and Spanish, before earning a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University.
She began her career behind the scenes as an intern at CNN and later worked at ABC News and Al Jazeera America. She joined NBC News in 2015, where she has reported for TODAY, NBC Nightly News, and MSNBC.
