She was born on July 11, 2002, in Heidelberg, Germany. She began climbing at the age of 8 after trying it at a climbing gym. By the age of 15, she was competing internationally in IFSC Climbing World Cup events. She became the first Australian woman to reach a Sport Climbing World Cup final in bouldering.
She won the combined event at the Oceania Championships, which qualified her for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. She later won the same event again to qualify for the Paris 2024 Olympics, making her a two-time Olympian. In 2024, she won her first World Cup bouldering medal. She is also a scholarship holder at the Victorian Institute of Sport.
