Pooja Makhija is an Indian nutritionist. She completed a BSc in dietetics from Mumbai University, followed by an MSc in food science and nutrition from SNDT Women's University. She set up her clinical practice Nourish in Mumbai. Her celebrity clients include Deepika Padukone, Ranbir Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Sushmita Sen, Raveena Tandon, Neetu Singh, and Isha Koppikar.
Her bestselling book Eat Delete became the country's most discussed diet book on the philosophy of eating intelligently rather than restrictively, followed by Eat Delete Junior, which applies the same principles to child nutrition.
