Allama Syed Ali Raza Rizvi is a Pakistani Twelver Shia scholar, orator (zakir), preacher, and community leader. He is based mainly in Birmingham, UK. He serves as president of Majlis-e-Ulama-e-Shia (Europe), UK, overseeing community support, education, and advocacy for Shia Muslims across Europe.
He is known for eloquent, emotional, and scholarly majalis. He has delivered lectures and bayanat in over 40 countries worldwide. He has also written and translated several books on Islamic topics.
