Talulah Riley is an English actress, writer, and director, born on 26th September 1985 in Hertfordshire, England. She pursued higher education at the Open University in a Natural Sciences program. She started her screen career with guest roles on Agatha Christie's Poirot, and also starred as Mary Bennet in the 2005 film Pride & Prejudice. She then went on to star in St Trinian's, The Boat That Rocked, Inception and Thor: The Dark World. She has appeared in TV series such as Doctor Who, Westworld and the miniseries Pistol.
Besides acting, Riley branched out into writing and directing. She is the writer and director of the Scottish Mussel, and the author of novels such as Acts of Love and The Quickening. She has also been the subject of considerable public discussion regarding her personal life, including her marriages to entrepreneur Elon Musk. Later, she married actor Thomas Brodie-Sangster in 2024.
