Vikas Dubey was an Indian gangster, history-sheeter, and local political figure from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. He was also known as “Vikas Pandit,” a name he used after a film character. He became nationally known for leading violent crimes and for his role in the Bikru village ambush on July 3, 2020.
