The second tip is to marinate tikka in two parts. At first, put the following ingredients to it.
• 2 tbsp of lemon juice
• 1 tbsp of ginger paste
• 1 tbsp of garlic paste
• 1 pinch of salt
Let these ingredients sit for 15 minutes and then put the second phase of ingredients or tikka masala over the meat.
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp red chilli paste
• 100g of natural yoghurt
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp garam masala
• 20ml of vegetable oil
All these ingredients will give a perfect tikka marination and by following this easy tip, you will get some amazing and flavoursome taste. Serve it with green chutney.
