Baab Khareed O Farookht Ke Masail Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ . ح وحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ فَرْقَدٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ هِشَامَ بْنَ عُرْوَةَ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، تَقُولُ : وَمَنْ كَانَ غَنِيًّا فَلْيَسْتَعْفِفْ وَمَنْ كَانَ فَقِيرًا فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ سورة النساء آية 6 ، أُنْزِلَتْ فِي وَالِي الْيَتِيمِ الَّذِي يُقِيمُ عَلَيْهِ ، وَيُصْلِحُ فِي مَالِهِ ، إِنْ كَانَ فَقِيرًا أَكَلَ مِنْهُ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ .

Urdu Translation

مجھ سے اسحاق نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابن نمیر نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہمیں ہشام نے خبر دی (دوسری سند) اور مجھ سے محمد نے بیان کیا کہا کہ میں نے عثمان بن فرقد سے سنا، انہوں نے کہا کہ میں نے ہشام بن عروہ سے سنا، وہ اپنے باپ سے بیان کرتے تھے کہ انہوں نے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے سنا، وہ فرماتی تھیں کہ   ( قرآن کی آیت ) «ومن كان غنيا فليستعفف ومن كان فقيرا فليأكل بالمعروف‏» جو شخص مالدار ہو وہ ( اپنی زیر پرورش یتیم کا مال ہضم کرنے سے ) اپنے کو بچائے۔ اور جو فقیر ہو وہ نیک نیتی کے ساتھ اس میں سے کھا لے۔“ یہ آیت یتیموں کے ان سر پرستوں کے متعلق نازل ہوئی تھی جو ان کی اور ان کے مال کی نگرانی اور دیکھ بھال کرتے ہوں کہ اگر وہ فقیر ہیں تو ( اس خدمت کے عوض ) نیک نیتی کے ساتھ اس میں سے کھا سکتے ہیں۔

English Translation

Narrated Hisham bin `Urwa from his father: who heard Aisha saying, The Holy Verse; 'Whoever amongst the guardians is rich, he should take no wages (from the property of the orphans) but If he is poor, let him have for himself what is just and reasonable (according to his labors)' (4.6) was revealed concerning the guardian of the orphans who looks after them and manages favorably their financial affairs; If the guardian Is poor, he could have from It what Is just and reasonable, (according to his labors).
