A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) inclined to do with Safiyyah what a man feels inclined to do with his wife. They said: Messenger of Allah, she has entered the state of menses, whereupon he said: (Well) she is going to detain us. They (his wives) said: Messenger of Allah, she performed Tawaf Ziyara (Tawaf Ifada) on the Day of Nahr. Thereupon he said: Then she should proceed along with you

حَدَّثَنِي الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، لَعَلَّهُ قَالَ: عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَرَادَ مِنْ صَفِيَّةَ بَعْضَ مَا يُرِيدُ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ، فَقَالُوا: إِنَّهَا حَائِضٌ، يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، قَالَ: «وَإِنَّهَا لَحَابِسَتُنَا؟» فَقَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّهَا قَدْ زَارَتْ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ، قَالَ: «فَلْتَنْفِرْ مَعَكُمْ»

  ابو سلمہ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حضرت صفیہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے ایسا کو ئی کا م چا ہا جو ایک آدمی اپنی بیوی سے چا ہتا ہے تو سب ( ازواج ) نے کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم !وہ حائضہ ہیں آپ نے فر ما یا : " تو ( کیا ) یہ ہمیں ( کو چ ) کرنے سے ) روکنے والی ہیں ؟ انھوں نے کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم !انھوں نے قر بانی کے دن طواف زیارت ( طواف افاضہ ) کر لیا تھا آپ نے فر ما یا : " تو وہ بھی تمھارے ساتھ کو چ کر یں ۔
