Amr bin Shuaib reported on the authority of his father: I went round the Kabah along with Abdullah ibn Amr. When we came behind the Kabah I asked: Do you not seek refuge? He uttered the words: I seek refuge in Allah from the Hell-fire. He then went (farther) and touched the Black Stone, and stood between the corner (Black Stone) and the entrance of the Kabah. He then placed his breast, his face, his hands and his palms in this manner, and he spread them, and said: I saw the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم doing like this.
