Sign of a true lover is that he loves what his lover loves and he hates what his lover hates. Similarly a True Muslim Loves Prophet Muhammad SAW and the things he loves and hate the things which Prophet SAW disliked. In Today's post i am sharing some Foods that our Beloved Rasool SAW loved to eat in his life. these foods are also proved to be very useful for the health.
 

Dates

Dates are free from cholesterol and contain very low fat. Dates are rich in vitamins and minerals. Good source of dietary fiber, tannins, vitamin-A, iron, Potassium, calcium, manganese, copper and pyridoxine (vitamin B-6)
 


Milk

The Prophet (PBUH) said that milk wipes away heat from the heart just as the finger wipes away sweat from the brow. It strengthens the back, improved the brain, renews vision and drives away forgetfulness.


 

Honey

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said. “Honey is the best cure of every stomach disease”. He uses to drink honey + water in morning. Consider the best remedy for diarrhea when mixed in hot water. It is the food of foods, drink of drinks and drug of drugs. It is used for creating appetite, strengthening the stomach, eliminating phlegm; as a meat preservative, hair conditioner, eye soother and mouthwash.


 

Meat

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said.”Meat is the king of foods”, (sayed ut Tawam). It is rich in protein, iron, zinc, selenium. Good for bones, teeth, strengthening the immune system, body tissues and many more.


Pumpkin

It was Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) favorite vegetable. It is excellent for Lungs, protects against birth defects. Good in asthma, colon cancer, pain, blood pressure, heart disease and much more.


Olive & Olive Oil

It is mentioned in Quran. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said “Eat the olive oil and apply it (locally), since there is cure for seventy diseases in it, one of them is Leprosy.” Olive’s are said to be the food of Prophets. Olive oil is excellent treatment for skin and hair, delays old age, and treats inflammation of the stomach.
