At least 30 inches of snow was recorded in one of
Pakistan’s tourist hot-spots; Naran, breaking records of October and
leaving at least 1,000 tourists stranded in Kaghan Valley. Long lines of
vehicles of all sorts were stuck and stranded with piles of snow
covering the roads – which was soon followed by snowfall taking over the
cars as well. Pak Army is now at work evacuating the tourists safely
from their respective whereabouts. These people, who went to Naran to
have a good time with their friends and families, are now turning back
to their respective cities due to the harsh weather conditions. The
question arises.. is the record-breaking snowfall in Naran pleasure or a
pain?
