Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the poor management and lack of communication from the school administration. The school does not provide timely updates to parents regarding important matters such as holidays, events, or activities. For example, a magic show was held today, but parents and students were not informed in advance. The children had tickets at home, yet they were not allowed to attend the show. When parents tried to confirm the show timing by calling the school, no clear response was given, and calls were not properly answered. Additionally, the school insists that books and course copies must be purchased only from the school, which are quite expensive. The uniform is also compulsory to be bought from the school, again at a higher cost. This creates unnecessary financial pressure on parents. Another serious concern is that even after school holidays, parents are made to wait outside for long periods, which reflects a lack of proper planning and respect for parents’ time. Overall, the school’s communication system and management practices are very disappointing and unprofessional. I request the management to take this complaint seriously and improve coordination, communication, and discipline for the benefit of students and parents. I look forward to your prompt response and corrective action.
