The company provides the facility for KSEB bill view online July 2026. You can do a KSEB bill view through consumer number without logging in.
- Go to wss.KSEB.in
- On the homepage, click "Quick Bill Payment"
- Enter your consumer number
- Select your registered mobile number
- Enter the captcha and submit
- Your current KSEB bill will appear on screen
Your consumer number is a unique identifier for your electricity connection. You will find it printed clearly on your KSEB electricity bill.
How to Check KSEB Bill History?
Want to see your past electricity bills? KSEB bill history is easy to check through the Web Self Service portal. You need to be a registered user for this.
- Go to wss.KSEB.in.
- Log in with the use of your User ID and password.
- Look for bill history in dashboard.
- Select the month or billing period you want to check.
- Your past bill will appear on screen.
Not registered yet? Click "New User Registration" on the KSEB portal. Enter your consumer number, mobile number, and email ID to create your account. It only takes a few minutes.
How to do a KSEB Bill Payment?
There are several convenient ways to do KSEB bill payment. Following are the KSEB online bill payment:
Method 1: Through the KSEB Web Self Service Portal
- Visit wss.KSEB.in
- Click on "Quick Bill Payment"
- Enter your consumer number and registered mobile number
- Click submit
- Click "Pay Now"
- Choose your payment method: UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking
- Complete the payment and save the e-receipt
Method 2: Through the KSEB Mobile App
- Download the KSEB app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
- Log in using your User ID and password (register first if you are a new user)
- Go to "Quick Pay"
- Your current bill amount will appear
- Tap "Pay Now" to proceed
- Save the payment receipt for your records

- Prompt Payment Discount: KSEB offers a small discount if you pay your bill before the due date. Check your bill for the discount deadline.
- Special scheme (July 2026): The Kerala government introduced a scheme for consumers with long-overdue dues. Consumers can settle arrears older than 2 years at a discount, including a waiver of 18% interest for dues over 10 years old. Check the KSEB website for current status.
- SMS alerts: Open the KSEB portal. Register your mobile number. Get bill generation and payment reminder alerts.

Download Current Bill (No Login Needed)
- Go to wss.KSEB.in.
- Click "Quick Bill Payment."
- Enter your consumer number.
- Once your bill loads on screen, look for the download or print icon.
- Click it to save the bill as a PDF.
Download Older Bills (Login Required)
- Log in to wss.KSEB.in.
- Open bill history section.
- Find the month for your bill.
- Click the download option to save it as a PDF.
If You Need a Physical Copy
- Visit your nearest KSEB section office.
- Provide your consumer number.
- Request your duplicate bill over the counter.
