- Select your division from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your CA number.

What is Your CA Number?
The SBPDCL bill check number is the CA number. It refers to the consumer account number. It is your 11 digit electricity account identifier. It is printed on your SBPDCL electricity bill. You will find it under the heading Khata Sankhya or CA Number. You need it for every online service, like bill checking, payment, download, and complaints.
If you cannot find your CA number, call SBPDCL customer care with your registered name and address, or visit your nearest SBPDCL office.
How to Do Your SBPDCL Bill Download?

From the SBPDCL Website
- First, view your bill online.
- Click the "Download" icon or "Download PDF" button for SBPDCL bill download to your device
From a Registered Account
- Log in to sbpdcl.co.in with your User ID and password (register once with your CA number and contact details)
- Go to "My Account" and then "Bill and Payments"
- Click "Payment History" to see all past bills and receipts

Pay via the SUVIDHA or Bihar Bijli Bill Pay (BBBP) App
The Bihar Bijli Bill Pay (BBBP) app is a free app co developed by SBPDCL and NBPDCL.
- Download BBBP
- Open the app
- Go to "Bill Details & Pay Bill"
- Enter your CA number. Your bill amount appears
- Select your payment method and confirm
Pay via UPI and Payment Apps
- Select Electricity
- Choose South Bihar Power Distribution (SBPDCL)
- Enter your CA number on any of these apps: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay, or any BBPS-enabled banking or wallet app
Payments made online usually reflect in the SBPDCL system within 24 to 48 hours. Always keep a screenshot or receipt.
Pay at Vasudha Kendra / CSC (Offline)
You can also pay in cash at your nearest Vasudha Kendra (common service center).
- Bring your CA number and cash.
- Collect a printed receipt from the counter.
Tip
Pay before the due date to get a 2.5% prompt payment discount. The discount deadline is printed on your bill.
Important Scheme
From August 2025, the Bihar government provides 125 units of free electricity per month to all domestic consumers. If your household uses 125 units or less in a billing cycle, your bill will be ₹0. This benefit is applied automatically. You do not need to apply for it separately.
