Asia Amjad is a Pakistani politician and former MPA of Punjab. She served from 2018 to 2023 on a reserved seat for women as a member of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). In April 2022, Asia suffered a brain hemorrhage during chaos in the Punjab Assembly. She was hospitalized in critical condition, and false rumors of death spread while she was in a coma and on a ventilator. She later recovered.
