Ayla Musharraf is a Pakistani former architect and cultural promoter. She was born on 18 February 1970 in Karachi, Pakistan, to Pervez Musharraf, the former president of Pakistan and retired four-star general. The Ayla Musharraf biography shows her advocacy for women’s rights and her dedication to preserving Pakistan’s cultural heritage, arts, and classical music.
She previously held the position of general secretary, and currently serves as the Director of the All Pakistan Music Conference (APMC). She studied architecture, first at Dawood Engineering College in Karachi and later at the National College of Arts (NCA) in Lahore. She also learned Khayal, a form of classical singing, under the guidance of Ustad Naseer-ud-Din Saami.
