Dr. Israr Ahmed

He earned his MBBS from King Edward Medical College in 1954 and an MA in Islamic Studies from KU in 1965. He founded Markazi Anjuman Khuddam-ul-Quran in 1972, Tanzeem-e-Islami in 1975, and Tehrik-e-Khilafat in 1991.
