Dr. Seema Arif is a researcher, academic leader, and journal editor in higher education. She works as the Associate Professor of Education at the University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore. She serves in the School of Social Sciences and Humanities, Department of Education.
At UMT, she previously served as Chairperson of the Department of Education. She is an HEC-approved PhD supervisor and the chief editor of UMT Education Review, a peer-reviewed research journal. She has published more than 50 research papers and book chapters. Earlier, she was associated with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in advisory and research roles, including work with the Insaf Research Team.
