Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat is a long‑time Pakistani politician who served many terms in the National Assembly and held federal ministries including Commerce, Interior, Kashmir Affairs, and Housing & Works. He began in the PPP, later joined PML‑Q, rejoined PPP, and recently joined PML‑N ahead of elections. His leadership of the Pakistan Football Federation spanned many years as well, although during his leadership, he was accused of incompetence, embezzlement of funds, and election and FIFA ranking scandals.
