Khawaja Saad Rafique is a Pakistani politician and the leader of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N). He started his career as a student leader in the 1980s, and in 1997 he joined PML-N. He was elected to the Provincial Assembly of Punjab and was a Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Youth Affairs between 1997 and 1999. He was famous for his involvement in national politics and the Lawyers Movement against General Musharraf and was imprisoned during protests.
