Leopoldo Dante Tévez (Leo Dan) was an Argentine singer, composer, and actor. He was known for his romantic music in Latin America during the Nueva Ola era of the 1960s and 1970s.
The Leo Dan biography tells that he was born on March 22, 1942, in Villa Atamisqui, Santiago del Estero Province, Argentina. He later moved to Miami and lived there for over 30 years. Debuting in 1963, he recorded more than 20 albums.

In 2012, he received a Lifetime Achievement Award from The Latin Recording Academy. He passed away on January 1, 2025, at the age of 82 in Miami, Florida.
