Syed Peer Mehrban Ali Shamsi Sabzwari Tabrezi is a Pakistani motivational and spiritual speaker, writer, social activist, and content creator. He runs popular YouTube channels “Mehrban Ali” and “Mehrban TV,” with over 6.7 million subscribers and hundreds of millions of views. The Mehrban Ali biography shows that he authored more than 50 books on Sufism, spiritual knowledge, Sufi poetry (Ginan), and dream interpretation (Ilm-e-Jafar).
Born on 1 December 1987 in Tando Mohammad Khan, Sindh, he comes from the prominent Shamsi Qalandari/Jafri Sadaat lineage. According to his claims, he is the 41st-generation descendant of Imam Ali (A.S.) and inherited the spiritual mantle (Sajjada-Nashin) of his family as a “Peer” and “Gadi Nasheen” of the Shamsi Qalandari Sufi lineage.
He is active in social work through the Mehrban Foundation and founded Mehrban Books and Mehrban Marriage Bureau. His recent initiatives include the 2025 Mehrban Calendar and ongoing online distribution of classic Shamsi Jafri texts. He has also been recognized with the “Voice of Karbala” award for his religious narrations.
