Dr. Mirza Ikhtiar Baig is a Pakistani politician and businessman from Karachi. He joined the Pakistan People's Party in 2008 and became a National Assembly member in 2024. He chairs the Baig Group in textiles, energy, IT, and real estate. The group operates in Pakistan, the UAE, Morocco, and the UK. He has also served as Yemen's honorary consul general in Karachi since 2006. According to Dr. Mirza Ikhtiar Baig biography, he received the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz in 2008 and a gold medal.
