Chaudhry Moonis Elahi is a Pakistani politician and businessman. He has served as an MNA from NA-66 Gujrat and held federal roles, including Minister for Water and Power, Parliamentary Secretary for Industries and Production, and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis.
The Moonis Elahi biography notes that he was born in November 1976 in Lahore, Pakistan. He holds a BSc degree in political science and an LLB. He joined PML (Q) in 2002 and served as its secretary general until 2023.
He belongs to the influential Elahi family of Gujrat. His father, Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, is a senior PML-Q leader and has served as Speaker of the Punjab Assembly and Deputy Prime Minister.
