Muhammad Abdur Rauf Siddiqui is a Pakistani politician and senior MQM leader. He has been active in Karachi politics and party coordination, representing his constituents in both provincial and national assemblies. The Rauf Siddiqui biography states he was born in Karachi, Pakistan. He joined MQM-London in 1988 and is currently associated with the MQM-Pakistan faction.
He was elected to the National Assembly from NA-242 Karachi in 2002. He also served multiple terms in the Provincial Assembly of Sindh between 2002 and 2013, including re-election in by-polls in 2013. He held the position of Provincial Minister for Industry and Commerce in Sindh from 2008 to 2011 and was reappointed for 2011–2012. He resigned in 2012 after the Baldia factory fire incident.
