Syeda Shehla Raza is a senior Pakistani politician and an MPA of Sindh. She is serving as a sitting MPA on a reserved women’s seat from PS-1. She is a senior leader of the Pakistan Peoples Party and remains active in provincial politics.
She previously served as Deputy Speaker of the Sindh Provincial Assembly. She was the first woman in Pakistan to hold this position. She has been elected as an MPA multiple times on reserved seats. She also briefly served as Federal Minister for Women Development. Within the party, she has worked as president of the PPP Women’s Wing Sindh.
