Liquid glucose

Liquid glucose is a combination of various saccharides or simple carbohydrates, manufactured under quality control parameters followed by refining and vacuum evaporation process. Its ingredients include glucose, maltose, maltodextrin and oligosaccharides, which might be in mono, di, tri, penta or higher saccharide form. It is a transparent to viscous aqueous solution. It is light yellow to colorless. Its main purpose is to provide maximum flexibility in a wide range of cooking applications.
