Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (RBISE) has postponed Supplementary Examination of Secondary School Certificate (SSC), which were to start today (Tuesday) due to floods which hit several parts of Punjab. The decision to this effect was taken by Punjab Boards Committee in the best interest of candidates. According to Dr. Mohammad Zareef, the Supplementary Examination of the SSC would now begin on September 20, 2014. The board would announce the new schedule of examination including roll number slips and examination centres as well as date-sheet. Regular students could obtain roll number slips and date-sheet from their respective schools. For private students, the RBISE would dispatch date-sheet and roll number slips to their given residential addresses three days before the commencement of the examination. Candidates could also approach the RBISE authorities through its website for obtaining any further information related to the examination.
