Elections strengthened dynastic politics: Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri Elections strengthened dynastic politics: Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri Dilating upon electoral philosophy in Pakistan, Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri said that the masses were supposed to vote while the moneyed classes and winning horses were presumed to rule. He said that had those advocating change joined PAT’s Long March, they would not have to resort to staging sit-ins today. He said that had his petition against the illegal composition of Election Commission heard, the ECP would have to be reconstituted, which the judges did not want. He said that Article 218 of the Constitution sought the ECP to be composed as per Article 213 but ECP violated the said Articles and presided over the elections by pre-conceived design.

Qadri sahib We salute your courage and bravery and courage of those of our sisters and brothers and children who participated in Dharna to change the corrupt system of election in Pakistan. Nation congratulate you Dr Qadri and all those who supported his stance against the corrupt politician and system. Change has taken place Dr Qadri and thing start changing now, Corrupt politicians are now hiding their ugly faces. Even a child now aware of article 62 and 63 and this is what you have done Dr Sahib. Most of them were not qualified as per clause 62, 63, but later all defaulters and fake degree holders were given clean chit by returning officers, election Tribunals, Courts and election commission. Such tribunals also committed dishonesty. They are answerable to God as they imposed corrupt people on the country who have been ruling country in the past. They are never “Sadiq& Amin”. Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri delivered his keynote address to the participants of the sit-ins through a video link from his Model Town residence in Lahore. His address was broadcast live in over 300 cities as well as 150 countries of the world in which the Pakistani expatriate community staged sit-ins. Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri said that it was for the first time in the country’s history that a strong and powerful voice was raised against the current electoral system in the form of these sit-ins organized by PAT. He said that the struggle launched in this manner would continue till the attainment of objective of real change in the country. He said that lines were clearly drawn wherein all political parties were aligned together to protect the status quo, while it was PAT only which was standing alone to demolish the system. He said that corrupt elite would have to be sent packing along with the system, which was responsible for the predicaments the people face today. Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri said that the successful sit-ins organized by PAT have laid the foundation-stone for durable change in the country. He said that the current system would not allow any single party to gain majority. He asked the nation to remember that those who were raising the slogan of change would join the forces of status quo and corruption. He said that he never saw such low level campaign. He predicted that there would be marginal change of 5% to 10% faces and families under the system.

Election 2013 should be conducted after recovery of 18000 billion from corrupt persons/politicians including Nawaz Sharif, his party members, Peoples party and others . All corrupt and dishonest persons/ politicians are responsible for this huge loss. They did not return the same. Why all the religious parties are silent at this point? I was common low profile man, when I joined Minihaj-ul-Quran in early eighties and started listning of khitabat of Sheikh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri i.e. on various topics, especially "Qurani Falsfa-e-Inqlab", that bring revolutionary changes in my life and that help me, inspired me so much, that I started hardwork around the clock and now with the Grace of Almighty Allah and with contineous attachment with Minhaj-ul-Quran, I propered step by step from very low grade i.e. Godown Keeper (Clericle post) in a Bank to Senior Vice President(Executive post) now and improved my qualification for inter to Master with Diploman Associated with Instituted of Bankers in Pakistan& win cash pricze in 1993. I heared many scholar in the life but there is no match of Sheikh-ul-Islam on any topic either it pertain to Islam, political, Medical Sceince etc. I never forget the Blessing of Almighty Allah that I have due attachment with Minhaj-ul-Quran. It is a Greatness of Sheik-ul-Islam that he did so for Pakistani Nation within days, that couldn't be done by any person, scholar, politician, Leader in Paksitan since inception i.e. The Biggest Mehfle-e-Milad gethering, The Bigest Gethering of 27th Ramdhan, The bigest Ittekaf gethering in Ramdhan every year, The Bigest Political Gethering on 23-12-2012. The Bigest Long March and Dharna in D Chowk Islamabad in peak Winter, Large Number of Khitabat, Large Number of Books, Unique Gosha-e-Darood, No one was touched section 62& 63, and other section of constitutions since inception of constituion, but Now it has become the word of every mouth of politician, writer, TV anckers, even commen man of General public, but it is badluck of our nation that our politician, beaurocracy, Political, Religiousl Leaders, even judiciary have deaf ears and hear nothing, but trying to maintain their status quo and waisting time to prove the day light as darkness of night. I have firm bleive that strugle of Sheikh-ul-Islam has started becoming frutiful and soon days will come when whole nation of Pakistan, will awake-up for Mustafvi Inqlab that will spread in whole Muslim Ummah and then in the world. Thousands of men and women from across Europe in addition to the UK attended the Conference. Addressing the Conference, Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri said that when oppression, violation of human rights and injustice rule the roost before the people, the powerful encroach upon the rights of the weak and the people, despite being aware of all these things, do not rise against the oppressors, blood suckers and dacoits, Allah Almighty will plunge the entire nation into a never-ending torment. He said that when people do not stand up to dishonesty, obscenity and plunder and stay mum over the prevailing state of affairs, God’s torment will descend upon their silence and will gradually engulf the entire nation. Quoting a Hadith, Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri said that the age of mischief will be the one when breach of promises, and plunder of trusts will become rampant among you and looters, and violators of rights will be so intertwined despite their separate organizations as the fingers of hands are together. The Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) advised the believers when such circumstances were created, they should not listen to anyone but act as per command of Allah and His Prophet (peace be upon him). They should stay steadfast on truth, and follow the commands of Allah and His Prophet (peace be upon him) not the people.

International Workers Convention 2013 Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri said that PAT’s sit-in on May 11 would be a vote against the system of corruption, lawlessness, nepotism, hooliganism and terrorism. Selective judgement on PCO judges Constitution Petition Regarding PCO Judges: The decision of the court in CONSTITUTION PETITION NO. 08 and 09 OF 2009 from 14 member bench headed by Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, summarily removed all justices of higher judiciary who were not part of it as on November 2, 2007. There removal was so ordered on ground that advice of de-jure Chief Justice of Supreme Pakistan was not obtained in these cases. In the same decision the court had held the de-jure Chief Justice between the period of November 3, 2007 and March 22, 2009 was Justice Chaudhry. There were three groups of these removed justices. Those who were elevated to higher courts and initially took oath on PCO. Those who were elevated to higher courts after restoration of constitution, and were appointed by General Pervez Musharraf. This decision have resulted in situation where: Newly appointed justices who never took any sort of oath on any PCO have been removed. Sitting justices who took oath on PCO 2007 are still acting as justices, though their cases are to be sent to Supreme Judicial Council. Sitting justices who accepted reappointed and took oath from Justice Dogar as still acting as justices of court with no action. Justices who took oath on PCO of 1999 are still functioning as justices of higher judiciary. Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri’s historic interview with ARY News A big fraud is being committed with the nation, the Constitution and its people in the name of Articles 62 and 63. A serious conspiracy is afoot against the country. I wonder why the institutions entrusted with the responsibility of checking such transgressions are being mum on this state of affairs. I was common low profile man, when I joined Minihaj-ul-Quran in early eighties and started listning of khitabat of Sheikh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri i.e. on various topics, especially "Qurani Falsfa-e-Inqlab", that bring revolutionary changes in my life and that help me, inspired me so much, that I started hardwork around the clock and now with the Grace of Almighty Allah and with contineous attachment with Minhaj-ul-Quran, I propered step by step from very low grade i.e. Godown Keeper (Clericle post) in a Bank to Senior Vice President(Executive post) now and improved my qualification for inter to Master with Diploman Associated with Instituted of Bankers in Pakistan& win cash pricze in 1993. I heared many scholar in the life but there is no match of Sheikh-ul-Islam on any topic either it pertain to Islam, political, Medical Sceince etc. I never forget the Blessing of Almighty Allah that I have due attachment with Minhaj-ul-Quran. It is a Greatness of Sheik-ul-Islam that he did so for Pakistani Nation within days, that couldn't be done by any person, scholar, politician, Leader in Paksitan since inception i.e. The Biggest Mehfle-e-Milad gethering, The Bigest Gethering of 27th Ramdhan, The bigest Ittekaf gethering in Ramdhan every year, The Bigest Political Gethering on 23-12-2012. The Bigest Long March and Dharna in D Chowk Islamabad in peak Winter, Large Number of Khitabat, Large Number of Books, Unique Gosha-e-Darood, No one was touched section 62& 63, and other section of constitutions since inception of constituion, but Now it has become the word of every mouth of politician, writer, TV anckers, even commen man of General public, but it is badluck of our nation that our politician, beaurocracy, Political, Religiousl Leaders, even judiciary have deaf ears and hear nothing, but trying to maintain their status quo and waisting time to prove the day light as darkness of night. I have firm bleive that strugle of Sheikh-ul-Islam has started becoming frutiful and soon days will come when whole nation of Pakistan, will awake-up for Mustafvi Inqlab that will spread in whole Muslim Ummah and then in the world. I pray to Almighty Allah for good health of Sheikh-ul-Islam and May he live long.

Lahore: PAT to play leading role in shaping future of Pakistan, Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri said that time was fast approaching when the corrupt lot that had been eating into vitals of state and society and rendering the foundations of this country would be sent home. He said that institutions were protecting evil and corrupt practices, adding that it would be a sin to cast vote under the present system. He predicted that hung Parliament, which would come into being after the elections, would not lead to establishment of stable governments with the result that political instability would continue to prevail. He said that elections of May 11 were meant to protect the status quo.

Best regards for the dignity of Dr. Tahir ul Qadri Sb. Majority of the nation has striked against PCO judges. As PCO Chief Justice has already taken oath by Mr. Pervez Musharraf which is against the law. In fact, if the Supreme Court proceed Dr.’s case than the situation may be so good for the whole nation. Supermen court has blamed for dual national to Dr. Sb .but dual nationality is accaording to law of Pakistan. Qadri sahib We salute your courage and bravery and courage of those of our sisters and brothers and children who participated in Dharna to change the corrupt system of election in Pakistan. Nation congratulate you Dr Qadri and all those who supported his stance against the corrupt politician and system. Change has taken place Dr Qadri and thing start changing now, Corrupt politicians are now hiding their ugly faces.
