How to Make?
1. Add green chilies, salt and red chili powder to the mashed potatoes.
2. Shred the small chicken piece and add into the bowl.
3. Soak bread slices in water.

How to Make?
1. Marinate chicken breast with tikka masala, lemon juice and salt.
2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the marinated chicken breast.
3. Use manda Patti to wrap the Samosa. Make a filling of chicken breast
and coat with eggs.
4. Deep fry until it turns golden brown.
3. Tandoori Cutlets:

Ingredients:
1. Flour
2. Eggs (to coat)
3. Oil
4. Salt
5. Vinegar
6. Red chili powder
7. Green chillies
8. Garam masala
9. Boiled potatoes
10. Chicken (minced)
How to Make?
1. Mix minced chicken with Tandoori masala, vinegar, garam masala, salt
and chopped green chilies in a bowl.
2. Mash boiled potatoes and mix with the mixture prepared in step 1 to
form a thick paste.
3. Mold the paste in the form of cutlets.
4. Beat eggs in water.
5. Coat cutlets with flour. Dip in eggs. Deep fry in oil.
Ghilafi Kebabs:

Ghilafi kebabs are tempting Pakistani starters, perfect for your iftar

Ingredients:
1. Mince Meat
2. Capsicum
3. Onions
4. Tomatoes
5. Green chillies
6. Ginger garlic paste
7. Lemon juice
8. Garam masala
9. Salt
10. Cashews
11. Cream
12. Bread
13. Oil
14. Coriander leaves
How to Make?
1. Mix all the chopped vegetables with coriander leaves, ginger garlic
paste, salt, lemon juice, cashews, cream, bread and mince.
2. Mold the paste in the form of kebabs and refrigerate them.
3. Deep fry the chilled kebabs in oil and serve hot.
Chana Chaat:

Ingredients:
• 2 (15 ounce) cans of Chick Peas (Kabuli Chana)
• 1 large Potato
• 2 tbsp of Fresh Coriander/Cilantro Leaves (Hara Dhania)
• 1 Green Chilli (Hari Mirch)
• 2 tbsp. of Chaat Masala (or to taste)
• 3 tbsp of Imli Chutney (or to taste)
• ¼ of a medium sized Onion (diced)
• 1 medium Tomatoes
• Salt (to taste)
Method:
Boil the potatoes in a small pot in water until it is cooked. Skin it
and cube it. Drain and wash the Chick Peas.
Dice the onion, tomato, green chilies and coriander/cilantro leaves. Add
everything to a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Crispy Aloo Tikki:

1. Boiling the Potatoes
2. Add Kashmiri red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, lots
of chopped coriander, well chopped green chilies and a chopped red
onion.
3. Mix all ingredients together and make small kebab/ patties shape with
your hands.
4. Eggs wash each and shallow fry on medium-to-high heat till they turn
golden brown in color.
Onion Rings:

Ingredients:
• One Big onion – cut into thin rings
• ¼ Tbsp black pepper powder
• Oil for frying
For the batter
• ½ cup gram flour
• ¼ Tsp of fresh ginger paste
• ¼ Tsp of Fennel seed powder
• ¼ Tbsp of red chili flakes
• Salt to taste
• ¼ cup water- to make a thick batter
Method:
1. Make a thick batter using all the ingredients mentioned above.
2. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
3. Dip the onion rings, ensuring they are covered in batter.
4. Deep fry until crisp and brown
5. Garnish with cucumber and carrots and serve with chutney.
