XI Jinping, a dedicated, hardworking, intelligent, far-sighted, committed and sincere leader of China leading a global economic champion and 1.4 billion the largest in the world. His vision about China can be summarized as the Chinese dream with the great Rejuvenation Chinese nation it is an ambition and comprehensive plan to transform Chinese into a modern, prosperous and powerful nation by the middle of 21st century. The plan includes a wide range of economic, social, political reforms aimed at Chinese global influence, and improving the quality life for its citizens.
Leadership is the practice by which a leader encourages or influences his people achieve a shared vision. Leadership is an art in which it motivates the public to achieve certain goals. This implies that leadership and influence go hand in hand. Power is strongly associated with leadership. A true leader in a political system must be capable of wielding personal power as well as position influence over others in order to inspire others to follow and propel the political process forward. Leadership is directly tied to management and administration. Efficient management focuses on problem-solving and process control, leadership focuses on three aspects: -
Generating a Vision, giving a direction and developing strategies.
Inspiring and motivating the public and conveying goals.
Forming alliances and teams to achieve shared objectives.
Important attributes to a good leader include the ability to make an important decision, have good listening skills, and lead without any supervision. Traits associated with good leaders include integrity, good decision-making ability, assertiveness, and empathy. Honesty, will to lead, and knowledge about the task are traits of a good leader. The innate qualities of a person like above help him to lead through his entire life as they have the quality to lead others and have extrovert personalities, intellectual skills, self-efficacy, and are open to experience.
XI Jinping is a visionary and role model leader not only for China but for all those who want their country on consistent development track. He is sincere to his country and people. He is not from elite class and rose to this position purely on merit base. He matches all the characteristics of transformational leadership. His transformative approach can be attributed to a number of reasons. Being a member of Red Second Generation offspring of China’s revolutionary leaders, he owns much strong sense of historical responsibility for the country as well the party. He constantly reminds the goal of revitalizing China. He is quite ambitious and risk-tolerant. He is capable of articulating a strong vision for the country and for himself. He reaffirmed his ambition of constructing a modern China by 2035 and growing China into a great modern socialist country by the mid-21st century. On foreign policy concerns, he demonstrated a considerably larger and broader frame of vision. His dream of BIR connected China with 155 countries and made him partner of development and prosperity journey with them. He is one of the most GLOBAL INFLUENTIAL leaders. What makes XI a role model is his vision that the “China Dream” cannot be realized without a stable global setting and a robust international system. He offered the concept of a community of a shared future for mankind for the first time during the Boao Forum’s annual gathering in 2015. He emphasized that human beings have only one planet, that all states are situated on it, so our fate is intertwined. According to a public opinion poll conducted by Harvard University research center, when twenty-six thousand individuals from thirty nations were asked to rank ten world leaders, Chinese leader Xi Jinping was rated higher by Chinese than any other ruler rated by his own people. vEconomic Modernization: XI Jinping wants to focus on innovation technology and infrastructure development to transform China into a high-tech knowledge-based economy which includes the MADE IN CHINA 2025 initiative and aims to move China up the value chain in high tech and innovation manufacturing.
vDomestic Stability: XI Jinping’s plan include a focus on manufacturing stability and social harmony within China this include addressing issues including corruption and he wants China a corruption free country. Income equality and environmental protection, raising the living standard of his people and creating unity among them
vMilitary Modernization: Xi Jinping’s plan includes a focus on strengthening China’s military capabilities and developing a more assertive foreign policy. This includes, increasing military strength, expanding China’s naval and air force and achieving China’s South China sea policy.
vInternational Influence: XI Jinping’s plan includes a focus on increasing China’s global influence and promoting its interests on the world stage. This includes initiatives like Built and Road Initiative which aims to promote Economic and Infra Structure development in countries along the ancient Silk Road Trade Route. His vision for China is characterized greater focus on centralized leadership and a more assertive foreign policy and emphasized more on economic development.
