Allah the Almighty has bestowed
Pakistan with four seasons; summer, winter, spring and autumn. Two of them seem
very brutal because of their severity and harsh spell and the rest of them are
sympathetic in nature but public opinion about one of them is very interesting
and sardonic because of its arrival and departure. That’s The Spring. As soon as
it arrives in the country, it brings a lot of hustles and bustles with it. It
has reached in the country few days ago.
Seasonal birds have also reached in the country singing variety of melodious
songs. These birds move toward this land every five year and get pleasure by
collecting feeds for the bad days. They march street to street, and mostly
forget to fly in the sky. When the spring comes to end, the seasonal birds also
go back in their sky and safe heavens, where there they enjoy for five years.
What are you thinking right at the moment? You might be getting angry because of
the mode of communication. Anyhow, you are right, these seasonal birds are our
respected political leaders who come to meet us every five year and ask us to
feed them, support them, and vote them. Simply, we can say that they come here
in search of vote but nothing else. They keep on flying during other three
seasons and during those three seasons the people of this land face thousands of
problems even they forget to take breath easily. When the beautiful spring
comes, our seasonal leaders also reveal in the country with their respective
chirping slogans.
The situation seems very hilarious when the poor people of this land also found
dancing and singing with these chirping birds. They even cannot remember the
recent past, when they used to abuse corruption, insincerity, insecurity, load
shedding, unemployment, food crisis, water crisis, health crisis, sky rocketing
prices etc.
These seasonal leaders then become hospitable, sincere and sympathetic towards
the poverty stricken people for this short span. They soothe those people who
had lost their loving ones during the last five years in bomb blast, natural
calamities and other disasters, and assure them to be with them forever. They
even make false notions that they were not at such position to help the needy
and poor people. Most of them even abuse their political opponents and consider
them to be much more responsible for all these public issues and miseries. Then
the simple and easy trapped people believe in their tricks and start working in
their election campaigns.
Among these seasonal birds there come some eminent figures that have not been on
the view for a decade. The people look upon such leaders in a dubious way that
it might be a mirage but later assure their eyes that these figures were their
past leaders. Now they have come with proper tricks and impressive languages.
They have taught their sons and daughters such languages that may consume public
heart and boil up their minds. Such evidence used to be seen when beggars come
into our streets in the morning and in the evening seeking alms and charity.
Most of them sing very beautifully that sometime, we ponder them brilliant
singers. Some of them speak very pathetic and innocent languages just to make us
realize that they were the deserved and helpless.
In this political spring we can see number of birds that we have not seen for a
long period of time. Our streets are now full of posters, banners, wall
chalking, slogans and walls full of emotional poetry. Such decorations were seen
on the occasions of marriage ceremonies. If one thinks of these decorations then
he can estimate that millions and trillions rupees must have been spent on such
useless activities to attract the people towards election celebration. These
days and nights are very twitchy and panic in some parts of country because of
politics maniac people. If we give these amounts to the backward areas of the
country then they can secure their future by educating their children. Obnoxious
explosives and weapons are being used by the immature youth of the nation during
political spring. Such hazardous tools can also be used in a wrong way if no
measurement is taken.
As a citizen of Pakistan, everyone thinks for the betterment of the country.
Everyone has been facing troubles for the last many decades. The only reason is
mismanagement of the system. Our current system is totally derailed because,
everywhere, there seems to be chaos, deterioration, and absence of law and
order. But, who are the responsible? Indeed, only the higher authorities are
responsible, the elected leaders are responsible, if even a single citizen is
hungry at his home, then the same leaders are responsible because we have cast
our vote to maintain, proper law and order, to secure the public lives and
property. If they cannot act upon their words then they are unlawful, insincere,
unsympathetic, and disloyal to the constitution. There are thousands of educated
and sincere personalities who are solemnly saying that they must be hanged if
they would not keep their words and would not show their sincerity to the
nation.
By the grace of Allah Pakistanis are now much more educated as compare to the
past. The future of the country would be brightest and gleaming if we take
positive decisions regarding national issues. The people of Pakistan can also
show their sincerity to the nation during this Political Spring. Every party has
its manifesto; likewise, the people throughout the country can also set their
manifesto by studying the constitution of the Pakistan. They can also give tough
time to each party to observe and function according to the constitution of the
country. If they would not act according to the constitution then they must be
punished by the higher courts. Punishment is very important if someone is not
sincere to the nation and makes a risky decision against the country and its
eighteen million populations. The ruling party must keep in mind the real
essence of democracy. If it endangers the interest and security of the nation
then it has to face according to the constitutional trail and must be
accountable to the people of Pakistan.
On this Spring festival, we have to tell these leaders that Pakistan is not a
poor country because it has hundreds of resources in the country. We have our
own productions of different resources in each province. If you want to know how
much the national account charges up; just think about the population of the
country. It has almost eighteen million populations. Suppose there are only ten
million houses in the country, each house must buy one KG Tomato per day. If one
KG Tomato costs sixty rupees then there must be at least five rupees tax. These
five rupees will go to national wealth. Now, multiply five rupees with ten
million. Similarly, we purchase many things from market. Each commodity is
liable to pay tax to the government. Tax rate is also different on different
commodities. We can establish too many industries, institutions, etc so that our
nation would be able to grow its status in international ranking.
Pakistan can make progress rapidly if the system is macadamized and
systematically functional. But unfortunately, the country has been facing
favoritism, fascism, and mafia groups, insecurity, social crimes etc for the
last many years. Nowadays, the country is burning in a huge inferno made by some
elements who have been trying to derail the structure of the nation. Even some
hidden efforts to break Pakistan into pieces are also to be seen at different
places. This is the time for the patriotic people of Pakistan to stand for the
protection and betterment of the country.
This ongoing political spring, in a good sagacity is an examination of the
people of Pakistan to pass the fate and destiny of the nation. When sensible
students are getting ready for their final exams, what do they do? How do they
spend their times during the trail? Surely, they are supposed to study and
explore the depth of knowledge in order to go through the exams smoothly. Same
is the case must be the people of Pakistan that they must study and explore the
past and then decide who can play a vital role in nation development. We can
ensnare the seasonal birds in prisons if they are found guilty in any case
against the nation.
Pakistan will have to face a lot of challenges internationally to step into a
new era. Now the people have to distinguish the disguising faces that have not
been honest to the nation. If we read the articles of our constitution then we
would be able to know how to vote to a right person. Most of the political
leaders cannot accomplish the requirements to contest election because; these
leaders were the law breakers in the past. They had neither the legal
qualifications nor were morally purified. The way the system of a house is
operated by the most experienced or a fair person, same a sensible, just, and
fair person must be elected. Every country has its constitution and they
implement rules upon every individual whether upper class or lower class but in
contrary, in our country only lower class will be bound under law and order. The
system is absolutely unfair and unjust. It needs to be purified by eliminating
the obstacles and barriers from the way. Otherwise, the coming era will be more
exigent to the nation. It will face numerous tribulations nationally and
internationally.
The inhabitants of this land can now play a vital role during this Political
Spring to get rid of the existing troubles. The people have to protect this land
otherwise; the seasonal birds may harm the fields. The people must not be
emotional hearing the chirping songs of these birds that always bring hollow
slogans, but as soon as the spring festival is finished these birds turn back to
their heavens and rest in lust and luxury. Their children study in the top
universities of the world but the poor people cannot send their loving children
to school in the country because of financial or security reasons. Hence,
celebrate this spring festival in a solemn and sober manner.
