Nawaz vs. Iftikhar Tit For Tat

(Rana Asif, Riyadh KSA)

The supreme court of Pakistan on Tuesday 26-05-09 allowed farmer Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his brother to contest elections.

Now Mr. Nawaz Sharif is eligible for the post of Prime Minister in 2013.Chief Justice proved that virtue never loss. He rewarded Mr. Nawar for his long march when he was going with a lot of protesters towards Islamabad. it is not strange in Pakistan when Government change all cases are cleared as first Zardari was criminal but after success of PP he was considered innocent.& now Sharif Brothers .

One thing is cleared that now judiciary is independent to take decision up to the desire of Government. But its fact that now judiciary deserves to accept or reject approach but Iftekhar is great man he cannot forget the efforts done by Nawaz Sharif.

Mr. Nawaz Sharif viewed upon Supreme Court decision that this judgment is the up to the desires of Pakistani People .but if it were against so would be blamed to Mr. Iftekhar that yet Judiciary is not independent and government is involved in somewhere. If we look at Iftekhar Chaudhry performance than before so we are come to know that he is working with his best efforts like his order about immediate justice and visits of several places on several times. Perhaps this was the correct way to bring judiciary on track in real sense.

During judiciary campaign Nawaz Sharif said that we don’t want to take part in Government we just want restoration of Judiciary which we got. now we have no concern but realistically his brother is Chief Minister and Nawaz said it would be decided by my party that I may take part in elections or not. He is very great even he would never refuse if he was offered to become even President because for betterment of Pakistan he can do everything.
