All the theories in the world is useless unless we don’t know how to apply it.
Practical person with the great need know how to do it in the right way.
Controlling the mind and learning how forgiveness of self and others release us.
How to change is a positive attitude which can change the lives of every single
people with a little positive state of mind and calm thoughts.
Think for a moment about something in your life you want to change go to the
mirror and look into your eyes and say out loud ‘I now realize that I have
created this condition and now I want to change this” say I several time with
feelings, your mind is a tool but you are much more than your mind, you have
train your mind to get into this kind of situations and restless condition but
you can also untrained it and retain this tool of yours.
As we read above forgiveness of self and others release us, when we do not flow
freely with life in the present moments, it usually means we are holding on to a
past moments, it can be regret, hurt, sadness, fear or guilt, blame anger and
some time even the desire of revenge each of these states are come from the
space of unforgiven and love and forgiveness is the only way to come out from
these type of stressed feeling and atmosphere.
Try to forgive and control your mind, enjoy very step and every stage of life
with full of joy , love and enthusiasm, no need to blame your self for any
critical situation because only GOD(ALLAH) is perfect we human being are made to
make mistakes and them ask for forgiveness from Almighty ALLAH, never feel shy
for asking new things never feel that you are nothing or less than any one in
this world, just try to make a little change in your thoughts and nature and win
the Hearts of people around you with Good words and sometimes even with a small
smile.
