PHENOMENON OF TERRORISM;; FOREIGN SPONSORED NON-STATE ACTORS’ ILLEGAL INSURGENCY ;;

We see in the various countries specially in Muslim countries, a strange Phenomenon of Terrorism by foreign sponsored NON-STATE actors of special class / special mindset (often in minority in country). These NON-STATE actors are trapped / managed / brain washed /financed and militarily trained and molded in shape of Militia by a foreign country for promotion of unrest by bomb blasting and killings etc in that country to plant their own system and ideas.

These types of illegal activity by foreign countries are violation of UN charter. Because everybody knows that a complete unrest / bomb blasts / terrorism / state and governments structure is disabled by these non state actors.

A number of separatist movements based on fake and baseless religious thoughts / Regional autonomy programs are inducted trough these foreign sponsored NON-STATE actors.
Here are a few examples of these NON-STATE actors’ militia i.e.

1. Boko Haram (NON-STATE ACTORS)

Boko Haram ("Western education is forbidden"), officially called Jama'atu Ahlis Sunna Lidda'Awati Wal-Jihad ( جماعة أهل السنة للدعوة والجهاد ) Jamā‘at Ahl as-Sunnah lid-Da‘wah wa’l-Jihād, is an Islamist terrorist movement based in north-east Nigeria, also active in Chad, Niger and Northern Cameroon In Africa . The group is led by Abubakar Shekau. Killing Hundreds of Muslims and abducted more than 200 girls there.

Perhaps the most shocking revelation about him was the video clip of him laughing as he admitted the abduction of more than 200 schoolgirls in April 2014, promising to sell them. The Leader said , "I abducted your girls," he said. "I will sell them in the market, by Allah. I will sell them off and marry them off." The kidnapping of the schoolgirls has outraged Nigerians across the country.

2. ISIS (Daish) In Iraq and Syria seize vast territory.

Another NON –STATE actor the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) , Killings and destroying the shrines of Sehaba (RA) and Aulia Karam and soldiers who were captured were massacred. ISIS declared self made a caliphate, ISIS is destabilizing states of Iraq and Syria an illegal activity.

3. AL QAEDA ( NON_STATE ACTOR)

In 1989, Osama bin Laden and co-defendant Muhammad Atef founded "Al Qaeda," " an international terrorist group ... which was dedicated to opposing non-Islamic governments with force and violence." One of the principal goals of Al Qaeda was to drive the United States armed forces out of Saudi Arabia and other neighboring countries by spreading terrorism and violence.

Al Qaeda had ties to other "terrorist organizations that operated under its umbrella," including: the al Jihad group based in Egypt, the Islamic Group, and other jihad groups in other countries.
Bin Laden (Al Qaeda) issued a number of fatwahs (rulings on Islamic law) stating that US forces stationed in Saudi Arabia, Yemen, and the Horn of Africa, including Somalia, should be attacked. Characteristic techniques employed by al-Qaeda include suicide attacks and the simultaneous bombing of different targets.

4. TALIBAN (TTP) IN AFGHANISTAN & PAKISTAN (NON_STATE ACTORS)

The TTP (NON_STATE ACTORS) was declared a banned outfit in August 2008 by Government of Pakistan . TTP (and it’s allied a number of so-called Islamic groups ) is continuously bombing / suicide attacks /killing /destroying mosques /Shia Imam bargahs / Non Muslims’ Churches and Government and Army Installations In Pakistan etc. Now Zarb- e- Azb by Pak Army successfully destroying these Taliban and saving the country from these brutal groups.

5. START OF “ IS ” (ISLAMIC STATE) IN PAKISTAN AND AFGHANISTAN

The new Afghanistan-Pakistan branch is the only franchise to have been formally announced by IS by Mr. Hafiz Sa'id Khan, a former Pakistan Taliban Commander.
Two weeks earlier, Hafiz Sa'id Khan appeared in a video which showed 10 jihadist commanders from Afghanistan and Pakistan pledging allegiance to IS under his local leadership. That film included the beheading of a Pakistani soldier.

6. HOUTHIS IN YEMEN

They are also foreign (Iran) sponsored Non State actors against the legitimate government of Yemen. They are equipped with heavy arms, attacking and capturing the government installations illegally with the collaboration of ex presidents Sunni followers. Saudi Kingdom is illegally bombing on them instead of solving their problem by politically negotiations in the light of UN Charter between the rival groups .

7. LTTE (LIBERATION TAMIL TIGERS ELAM) IN SRI LANKA

Indian sponsored Non state actors LTTE created unrest / bomb blasts /aero planes high jacks / thousands of Sri Lankan people killings in Sri Lanka (as Taliban doing and killing in Pakistan ) for more than 15 years. Finally these LTTE terrorists were completely crushed by Pakistan Army on Sri Lankan Request.

World community / UNO / OIC must take action against these Militia non –state actors and forbid them to destabilize the countries. All these must be crushed for attaining peace in the world.
