Make a To Do List
Planning ahead is highly recommended. Don’t start your work on the last
minute it will end up in blunders. Maintain a To Do list on your
computer or office table. But research has proven that using pen and
paper is better. The act of writing has been linked to increase

Prevent Eye Strain

Caffeine and Sugar may give you short burst of energy but caffeine is
mild diuretic which means it dehydrates by making you pee more. Drinking
excessive tea or coffee is therefore not recommended. Drink loads of
water or juices. Stay hydrated keeps you alert and healthy.
