More Info	IST (Institute of Space Technology) is located in Islamabad, Pakistan aiming at producing scientists and engineers in the field of space technology. Institute of Space Technology offers degree programs in Aerospace Engineering, Communication systems engineering and Material Science and Engineering and two split MS programs, one with BUAA for Aerospace Engineering and other with University of Surrey (Unis) for communication system engineering. It is the first non-military institute that offers higher education in the fields of Aerospace and Communication Systems Engineering in the country. The Institute aims at providing outstanding quality education to diverse groups of national and international students. Academic programs focus on rigorous scientific and theoretical foundations to create professionals with thorough understanding of the fundamentals and a capability of applying this knowledge for research, analysis and design. A federally chartered degree awarding Institute established in 2002 under the aegis of PNSA. IST also offers Linked Graduate Programs in collaboration with foreign universities in a host of disciplines, providing a solution to earn a foreign degree economically.

Institute of Space Technology is a very esteem / beautiful university of our country. Many attractive programs are being offered by it. Specially Aerospace Engineering and now this year a new Program of Mechanical Engineering is also added in its programs' list. Their teaching method and all faculty members are very educated and well experienced. Every program contains very useful and to the point method. Every student of this university is quite satisfied with their teaching method. I am not a student of above university but the above information was provided me by a best friend, who is living in Islamabad. I am very excited to get admission in this University.
