I am retired federal government servant and I was directed by surgery department for a minor surgery given time for 31st July 2018 I came and remained in operation theater till 3 o clock but. surgery couldn't conducted again given time for today ie 7th August again could not conducted surgery with giving new date. How I can afford many visits fares being retired person. Is there any remedy for me and who can help me in this regard
